We have a state of the art processing center on site. We process all orders one order at a time using a computer tracking system. By using this system, we ensure you will get your deer meat back and only your meat. We use a vacuum sealing system to ensure all of your meat will remain good for a longer period of time. All of our Cooler / Freezer Temperatures Electronically Monitored 24/7. The processing center will be running full time starting the first of October until the we are completed with all of the orders. During the off season, we only process as needed. We strive to get your meat back in a timely fashion. We typically turn around your order within 10 to 14 days. If you have any special needs in your processing, please give us a call.
